Changing the auto fetch frequency

To update the auto-sync frequency for case details from every 8 hours to every 2 hours in the  Case Sync   app, follow the steps below: By default, case details will automatically fetch every 8 hours.  If you want the information to be updated more frequently, such as every 2 hours, you can adjust this setting within the app menu. This ensures you have the latest case status from the servers.   How to do it: Step 1:  Open the app's menu by tapping the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen. Step 2:  Choose the  "Settings"  option from the list provided in the menu. Step 3:  Navigate to the specific setting titled  "Auto Sync Frequency"  and click on it. Step 4:  Select your preferred synchronization interval from the available options, for example,  "2 hours" . The case details will then be updated automatically every two hours.                ...

Follow the below steps to configure automated SMS alert to your client. (SMS Charges) are applicable. Steps 1)Go to the settings menu in the application 2)Click on settings icon again 3)Download Casesync Alert s application if it is not already installed.  Enable  "Send SMS Alerts" feature.
