Search an existing case in case sync application There are 2 types of searches available in the application. 1)Basic search 2)Advanced search Basic search:- The below are the steps to be followed to do basic search. 1) Click on menu option 2) Navigate to either My Active cases or Disposed 3) Click on search icon 4) Enter the search text Advanced Search :- Advanced search is available in two locations in the application 1) Home Screen & Case Details Screen Step 1: Click on search icon Step 2:- Select Search Type Step 3:- Enter the search text Step 4: Select the Option and Click on Search Icon to open the result
