How to Add a Case Using CRN Number
Adding a case using a CRN (Case Registration Number) is quick and seamless. Just follow the steps below to get your case synced instantly.
Step 1: Open the Main Menu
Launch the application and tap on the Menu icon (☰) located at the top-left corner of the screen. This will give you access to all primary features of the app.
Step 2: Select “Add Case using CRN”
From the menu options, choose “Add Case using CRN”. This option is designed to help you fetch official case details accurately using the CRN.
Step 3: Enter the CRN Number
Carefully enter the CRN Number associated with your case.
Make sure the number is correct to ensure successful retrieval of case details.
Step 4: Add the Case
Tap on the “Add Case” button. The system will securely fetch and sync the case information, making it immediately available in your case list.
