How to Import Cases from eCourts App to CaseSync — Step-by-Step Guide

How to import cases from ecourts application to casesync application

Follow these simple steps to import all your pending cases from the eCourts app directly into CaseSync in just a few taps.


1. Open the eCourts app on your Android phone. 

2. Tap the ☰ Menu icon at the top-left. 



3)Click on option Export
4)Click on "This device" option

5)Open Casesync application
6)Log in to the application
7)Click on the menu (Left Side Top)

8)Click on Import Ecourt Cases

 
Select the Court for which you want to perform the import as shown in the screenshot and click on 
Import Cases button.







9) 📌 Note for Android 11 and Above

You need to allow the application to read your file storage. 



Casesync application will identify the file which got exported automatically and it will import the cases to casesync application.

After Android 11

On Android 11 and above, the eCourts export file must be selected manually. You can find it in your **Downloads** folder. On older Android versions, it will be in the **Internal Storage** root folder. The exact location is also shown in the in-app popup to guide you.









All imported cases are securely saved to CaseSync's cloud servers. If you ever lose your device or switch to a new phone, simply log in with your registered mobile number and all your cases will be restored automatically — no data loss, ever.
