How to import cases from ecourts application to casesync application

Please follow the below steps to import all your ecourts cases to casesync application

1)Go to ecourts application
2)Click on menu (Left Side Top)

3)Click on option Export
4)Click on "This device" option

5)Open Casesync application
6)Log in to the application
7)Click on the menu (Left Side Top)

8)Click on Import Ecourt Cases

 
Select the Court for which you want to perform the import as shown in the screenshot and click on 
Import Cases button.







9) Before Android 11

You need to allow the application to read your file storage. 



Casesync application will identify the file which got exported automatically and it will import the cases to casesync application.

After Android 11


In Android 11 e-courts file is to be selected manually. If you are using android version 11 it will be available in the "Downloads" folder. Else it will be available in the "Internal Storage" home folder. Location will be mentioned in the popup for better understanding.








 All the cases which are imported are saved in casesync servers even user lost his device/user is migrating to the new device all the cases which are added will be added automatically to the new device after logging in with your existing mobile number.
