Changing the auto fetch frequency

To update the auto-sync frequency for case details from every 8 hours to every 2 hours in the Case Sync app, follow the steps below:

By default, case details will automatically fetch every 8 hours. If you want the information to be updated more frequently, such as every 2 hours, you can adjust this setting within the app menu. This ensures you have the latest case status from the servers.
How to do it:
  • Step 1: Open the app's menu by tapping the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: Choose the "Settings" option from the list provided in the menu.
  • Step 3: Navigate to the specific setting titled "Auto Sync Frequency" and click on it.
  • Step 4: Select your preferred synchronization interval from the available options, for example, "2 hours". The case details will then be updated automatically every two hours.
