Changing the auto fetch frequency

 By default, Case details will fetch automatically every 8 hours. If you want it to get updated asap please follow the below steps so it can be changed to 2 hours. So for every 2 hours, it will fetch the latest state of the case from the servers.


Step 1: - Open Settings from the menu 
Step 2: - Choose the First option "Settings" from the list
Step 3: - Click on "Auto Sync Frequency"
Step 4: - Select the required time in hours. 
                Ex: 2 hours (Case details will be updated for every 2 hours)

Configuring automated SMS alerts to clients

Follow the below steps to configure automated SMS alert to your client. (SMS Charges) are applicable.
