Follow the below steps to configure automated SMS alert to your client. (SMS Charges) are applicable. Steps 1)Go to the settings menu in the application 2)Click on settings icon again 3)Download Casesync Alert s application if it is not already installed.  Enable  "Send SMS Alerts" feature. Enable "Case Hearing Reminders"  Casesync will send next hearing reminders to all the clients which are having mobile numbers in the more details section of Active Cases Tab. 4)Once the Send SMS Alerts feature is enabled SMS format will become editable 5)Click on Case Hearing Reminder SMS Format. 6)If you are ok with the above format you can click on the "Cancel" button. Otherwise, you can edit the format as you want.values which are inside "@@" are dynamic it will be replaced by particular case related details. Steps 1)Open the application and open My cases or disposed cases 2)Click on any case 3)Click on 3 costs symbol on left side top corner 4)Select Share case option 5)Select the application which you want to use to share the case details.
